Come on dude, can't you find that mess on the Internet somewhere?
It's not going to be possible to do this. This is time consuming and pointless.
Try looking at some form of catalog of diseases - ICD 10 for instance.
A purist would also note that this classification of diseases does not cover ALL diseases.
How about if you ask for some specific diseases and we can give you the abbreviations for those?
