Push up your cuticles twice a week and also use a cuticle oil when you do it. the rest of the week use a good cuticle cream and massage into cuticle and nail for a Healthier growth. It will strengthen your nails also.
Cocoa butter will do wonders. Put some on each nail and gently massage into your cuticles. Do this at least three or four times each day - especially first thing in the morning and right before you go to bed. Eucerin in a tub is also fantastic for cuticles.
Drink lots of water, if you're not already and try to wear rubber gloves when you clean and when you wash dishes.
