Will valerium help leg cramps?
Question:
Answers:
No. Potassium helps cramps. You can take potassium tablets or eat more bananas. A doctor recommends placing a bar of Dove or ivory soap under the bottom sheet, down where your feet are. He doesn't know WHY it works, just that it does. (He says only those two soaps will work, though.) The testimonials seemed believable.
There is a remedy called Calmax available online, but it's fairly costly.
Good Luck
