well it is a stupid question cos all you going to predictably read is GO TO A F*CKING DOCTOR!!

Just do it!
Have you tried using neosporin, and make sure you dont cover it, wont heal that way.The air has to dry it out.
Its infected. Go to the DRs before you lose your leg.
wash it again. dry it. if it's a deep cut, you will need stitches. if not, then get a liquid bandage (New Skin is good) and put it on it to keep it protected.
watch the sore & if you start getting red lines shooting up your legs, go immediately to the doctor.
go to the doctor to help avoid further infection and permanent damage. if you don't have insurance, find out if there are free clinics in your area or hospitals that provide free services (the line might be a couple of hours)
.HA!!HAHHAAH! I'm sorry!! LOL!! You should go to the docotor ASAP before it gets worst!! Because diseases will get in it and they'll HAVE to amputae your leg!! We all don't want that!

from your friendly answering girl, cheesecakelover LOL!! XD!! =D
I agree with cleaning it really good and use Neosporin on it. I would carry it around and apply it very often. It seems to really keep the scaring down. If it doesn't look better after about three days I would go to the doctor.
You may have a 'greenstick' fracture of the tibia or fibula. It may have to be re-broken by a physician prior to being set in a cast. The underlying muscle tissues must have been torn or cut or the 'puss' would not be oozing out of it. If nothing is broken (based upon an x-ray result), you still need an antibiotic. Also, get your thyroid checked via a blood test to determine your predisposition for diabetes mellitus.
