strange pains?

Question: ok, sometimes i get these weird pains in both the lower stomach and my chest the lower stomach ones can be really bad but the pain isn't like when you have the stomach flu because 1. it feels kinda dull and 2. nothing really comes out and then every once in a while my chest hurts and the weirdest part is that usually this happens on fun trips like during my basketball tournament and a class trip to my friends farm i have no idea what it is anyone know?
