burning sensation and maybe itching on outside of right thigh itching feels like under the skin surface?

Question: does not feel this way all the time.have blood pressure and cholestrol problems recently found out have diabetes would any of these be connected or maybe just a pinched nerve or maybe none of the above

if you are older, and have had chicken pox, it could be a sign of shingles. go to the doctor. If you don't it may become very severe
