Pain on pinky side of wrist when I swing it outwards. Radiates up the outside of my arm to just under elbow.?

Question:
Perfect way to explain is to put fingers on keyboard, and just reach right pinky finger to the far right to hit "enter key" WITHOUT moving the rest of the hand. This pain has been there over 3 months now. Online research indicates it's not carpal tunnel (thumb side) or tendonitis. Hurts at night even if I wear a brace. Occasional tingling. Hurts when using it OR at rest. Doesn't seem to matter. This pain flares up at will. Problem is I can't take anti-inflamitories because I have IBS and they cause terrible stomach pain. Told to take Motrin 3x/day and then Acid Reflux medicine to combat the side effects of the motrin.

Answers:
See a bodyworker/massage therapist who has experience working with nerve issues. Structural Integration (Hellerwork, Rolfing, KMI), Chiropractic and Visceral Manipulation are three treatments I know to be effective.

too much keyboard use. I get it occassionally because I use that pinky finger to hit the backspace key too much. I resolved it by typing slower and more accurately.
maybe "tennis elbow" ?
