that's a pretty common withdrawal complaint...remember nicotine is ONE powerful drug...
Nicotine is a stimulant. Your body got used to that stimulation, so is feeling sleepy now. It'll pass. Drink lots of water.
How long are you going without the cancer sticks? You're body needs time to adjust to the depletion of poison. Nicotine replaces a chemical in your brain that allows neurons to communicate. When you stop smoking, the body has to create and reintroduce that chemical again. Headaches are common. Your lungs are doing clean-up overtime also. Simply, lot of work for the body. Take 1/2 hour walks daily and eat according to the government food pyramid.
You're probably feeling like crap for two reasons.

First is the chemical withdrawl from nicotine. Nicotine is a stimulant. Research shows the effect is enhanced by caffeine as well. You're getting used to a lack of chemical stimulation.

At the same time, your red blood cells are operating at significantly less than peak efficiency. Because of carbon monoxide bonding to hemoglobin, they can't carry as much oxygen to - and carbon dioxide from - your body's cells.

Hence the lethargy.

Try eating healthier to start. Ditch junk food and fatty meats. Go with lean meats and lots of vegetables and fruit, the fresher the better.

Then, just take small steps to exercise. Start with a short walk, then add a little every day until you can do a few miles. Start speeding up your pace, and before you know it, you'll feel really good without the weed.

Side effect: Increased exercise should increase your body's churn rate of red blood cells, excising the tainted cells and replacing them with fresh ones.

Also, if possible, try and donate a pint of blood regularly. If your local blood bank will accept it, the regular withdrawls from your person will also speed the churn rate, since the body has to replace what you just gave up.
