U.S.Medical: not health insurance, but discount plan, and coverage for catastrophic.How to find them?

Question: i'm actually alraedy enrolled, just cant find the card!
had seizure/amnesia-er.need to pursue coverage for e.r. visit and followup. thanks , woozie q.

I wouldn't really recommend them. They have high premiums and offer very little coverage.
