What could be causing this whooshing noise in my ear?

Question:
For no apparent reason, yesterday, I started hearing this constant whooshing noise in my right ear. I have always had issues with ear wax build-up, but this has never happened to me before and this doesnt seem like a blockage. I can hear fine and it doesnt feel clogged or blocked. Also, when I bend my head down, the whooshing gets louder. And I am not currently sick and haven't been sick in months. This is really wierd and annoying, but I don't want to go to a dr. if it's no big deal. Thanks.

Answers:
could be your blood pressure is elevated
have it checked
wind? lol
Could be fluid in the ear canal behind the ear drum. I've had that. If it persists go to an ENT doctor and have it checked out.
Were you swimming? It can also be a small insect that entered your ear. When I was a kid, a doctor injected water into my ear and then used the same equipment to suck everything out.
