Keep yourself busy....have water to quench your thirst, dont go for those soda and tasty beverage....they only add in more unnecessary calories...eat lots of green leafy vegetables, and also moderate number of fruits....avoid canned goods as much as possible...dont skip your meals...its a sure way to crave and binge on more food later....just try it ,,, :)

The best way to lose weight is by controlling your diet and of course a little exercise. You can lose weight by avoiding foods like white rice,potato,beans,carrot,beetr... and banana. These foods contain lot of sugars which make you fat. By avoiding these foods and doing at least 20 min walking a day i was able to lose 10kgs in 2 months.
Do not eat unless you are hungry AND stop eating before you are full. Limit your sugar intake.
In your daily exercise, try to increase your heartbeat at to at least 120/min and maintain that level 20+ minutes.
cut down on ur intake of junk food and donot consume aerated drinks whatso ever.
Eat less, and exercise at the same time.
dont eat so much only drink water
