wasp sting... i have been left with a bump where i was stung, should i pull this out? wasp info.needed! help!?

I have been stung too many times and never had a wasp leave a stinger- apply ice- with a cloth around it if it hurts- if not give it time for the inflammation process to end.
if there is still something in the sting site it may have been a bee not a wasp if wso the sting is barbed and if possible try and push it out rather than pull it straight back as the bards will make things worse
