why are my hands and feet almost always cold even though I wear socks and slippers?
Question:
Answers:
it's probably a circulation problem. If you have diabetes, this is a common complaint.
Talk to your doctor to make sure it's nothing serious, then move your fingers and toes regularly to get the blood moving. Massage as often as possible to stimulate the nerves and the blood flow. I've heard drinking ginger tea helps. Also try wheat heat bags on your toes and fingers :)
Other Answers:
most of the time people who have cold hands and feet alot have poor circulation which is very normal. If it gets to be extreme, a doctor can provide a prescription that would increase blood flow to your extremities.
