well i've heard people talk about internal combustion and i just didn't sound true, one moment a person is walking on the street or driving a car then the next they are exploding. do these exploding people burst and flesh flies all over the show or they just pop and go up in flames? thats what makes it hard to believe.
What causes this internal combustion, why aren't there any symptoms of the this and does it have an age range?

internal combustion is a normal and everyday phenomenon. internal combustion is seen everyday in car engines. so i believe in it..

I don't believe its real,ive heard it said all my life but I just don't think so.

well it is true. i have seen various documentries on it .best was on discovery chanel.it happens due to formation of a phosphorous containing gas in our intestines.it's symptoms r xccesive acidity.and it mainly may be due to bad eating habits and improper functioning of harmonal glands

i believe the old saying, "there's nothing new under the sun". back in the '70's, it seemed like people were just exploding in every city in the country. (according to the national enquirer). after that, nothing. it was a new phenomenon then, haven't heard anything about it since. i think if it was happening then, it should have been happening 2000 years ago too, and even now. never heard of a cure for it. it just stopped. if it really did happen, I'm sure it would be in a legitimate newspaper. if nothing else, in the entertainment section. here's another old saying for you, "don't believe nothing you hear and only half of what you see".

I think you mean spontaneous combustion..internal combustion is a type of engine.
