Have you ever asked the doctor why now he/she only prescribe standard packed medicine rather than losse pills?

Not much difference really. Advantages of using ....

Loose pills
1) Cheaper. So savings can be returned to patient so you pay less
2) More exact. So if you need to take 1 tablet 4 times daily for 3 days, then I can give you exactly 12 rather than getting you to pay for 20 (ie 2 strips)

Standard packed pills
1) Hygienic
2) Easier to dispense . Especially if you run very busy clinics.
3) More presentable. Some patients pay to get something that looks nicer...
4) Easy to carry around
5) Easier to count

My humble two cents worth...

Not really sure what you're asking, but generally, the way pills come have nothing to do with the doctor. It has to do either with the way the company who makes the pills packages them, or in some cases, it is the way a particular pharmacy packages them. I still get all of my medicine loose in pill bottles.
