Psoriasis- help?
Question:
ive has psoriasis for 20 years and its never been as bad as it is now.Im using Dovonex and its not working..Does anyone know what the best cream is at present please
Answers:
My husband has psoriasis and he also uses dovonex. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The most important thing is to get referred to a dermatologist who will help you figure out a care plan that is right for you. One thing that really helped my husband was PUVA treatment, this is UVA light treatment, and it is available on the NHS. Go back to your doctor, explain the dovonex isn't working and ask to be referred to a dematologist.
you may try other medications like MTX.
