You just had a little bit of trauma. Just try to relax a bit, take a hot bath, have your husband give you a neck massauge and then try getting about 10-12 hours sleep and you should start feeling better. If not, go get some help from a doctor

Well, this might be caused by a certain shock deep in your mind. My guess is that u are emotionally disturbed and perhaps ur mind cannot deal with what juz happened to ur son.
I hope ur son is alright. U should focus on resting for a while. However, plz don't shut urself from ur family will you?
Take some nutrients, any fruit juice will do in order to refresh ur mind. A milk will help u sleep and perhaps with a hot bath too.
U might need more recovery medication than u think. If ur simptom continue, please consult with ur doctor. The best way. talk to your husband first. May the God bless you.
Keep your son near you, spend time only with him and make sure that he is okay. If you know that you're doing everything you can to help him it may make you feel better.
Is your son okay? Youll be okay also. Just take a long hot bath and get plenty of sleep. Youre just having mommy stress. Is he your only child? That may be all it is, youre just very protective and he hurt himself while you were taking care of him and you think its all your fault. Things will get better, just try and relax!
