visualising imiges even with eyes open. i can see this weird thing even if eyes are open.?

Question: ok i know that being able to visualise an object/colour is normal when eyes are closed but is it normal to be able to do it when eyes are open? its notrmally a odd very dark purple greeny blob with spots. if i focus and thing bout seeing a spot thats moving around in circles fast i can generally see it. really clearly. its creepy co if i open my eyes and focus i can still see it. any ideas? on what it could be, and if its normal...ish

it can be caused by some problems with your optical nerves so why dont you go to a doctor?
