Why Do my legs ache when im tired?

Question:
When im tired, and im sitting in class.. my legs start to ache, really really bad, i cant stand it.. i have to keep moving and stretchin my legs.. im only sitting there for almost an hour.. and its only wen im tired..

why does this happen?

Answers:
Two reasons; muscle fatigue or lack of circulation.

Muscle fatigue is caused by damage to the myofibrils which power your muscles. If you're active and they're not given a period of time to regenerate and the proper ingredients to do so, they will ache until they have restored. Sleep and protein intake can fix this.

With lack of circulation, your legs are provided blood mainly by veins. Veins have valves to prevent backflow, but rely on muscle movement and the pulmonary pump to move blood through them. If your legs aren't active, or if your breathing slows substantially, the blood starts to pool. The pain may be your body's way of indicating a lack of circulation in that area of your body. Try subtly flexing the muscles or breathing deeper; this may help.
best guess is cholesterol..try some garlic based foods and vitamins.
This could be for a range of reasons. If it bothers you, you should really go see a doctor.
