Sounds like migraines. Go to your doctor. For over the counter try equal amounts of tylenol and aspirin together, preferably with a caffeine drink. Lay down in a dark and quiet room. Really see your doctor though.
You may be suffering from a migraine. They are extremely painful headaches which may be accompanied by a sick feeling and the need to be in a dark room. You should visit your Doctor and they can give you something stronger.
I would try a migrane pill. Store brand works great. I kept getting headaches non-stop for like 2 months. Then decided to try equates migrane pills from walmart OMG they work wonders! I think its the caffeen that helps! but drinking coke wont help, get migrane pills! and good luck, I hate headaches!
try 4 advil or 4 Excedrin I always have to take them 4 at a time for any results. also check with your doc
Drink a ton of water, but it could be migraines. You may want to check with your doctor. Good luck.
if you have them alot i suggest going to a doctor you may have a brain tumer if its not alot take Tylenol
I think you have wear spec ts.Consult the doctor
I have migraines myself, so I asked my doctor for some tips. First, you can dry a little bit of black coffee, because caffeine gets rid of those dreadful migraines. Also, he said some cola would do the trick too. If that doesn't work, try Excedrin. This medicine never fails me.
insted of taking stuff for the headeache find out whats causing them and take something for whatever that might be. a lot of times headeaches like that are related to stress mabe try a xanax or valium.
It sounds like it could be serious. Go to your doctor cos they will be the only one who can diagnose you properly. Panadol or equivilent depending on what country your in will only temporarily take the pain away.
U need to really seriously reveiw ur lifestyle. Do u have balance diet and exercise? R u too stress at work? U have enough sleep? i wish u recover soon!
*sex...the endorphins it releases in2 ur bloodstream aids in mimizing the effects
trust me it works.....honestly
*change ur diet, headaches are a response of internal disorder
u could try eliminating , wheat, refined sugar, hydro fat and oils, and replace it with 100% fruits 4 one week , doing this will gradually restore the intergity of ur cells
*but 4 long term benefits ...reduce ur intake of food additives; artifical flav etc, excess sodium, etc go natural 4 a few weeks and u be the judge.
diet and lifestly change may sound 2 be cumbersome 4 most of our hectic lives, but honestly its a bettr and more effective remedy than permanently relying on pills 4 a temporary 'cure'
You could just be dehydrated. Drink more WATER. Not tea, not coffee, not pop, but water. If that doesn't work in just a few hours see a doctor.
You might be stressed so try doing some 'tizi' (exercises), to be stress free. Otherwise see a doctor
A Doctor is your best bet. However, Caffeine "Withdrawal" can cause extremely bad headaches. If you indulge in Caffeine, you may want to reduce the use and withdraw slowly. If meds with caffeine help to reduce the pain, then you should find a way to stop using any product that contains it.
Too much Ibuprofen (Advil) or Tylenol can cause health problems of their own. See a doctor and get well. . .Good Luck
I was having headaches every day and was taking the max on headache medications. Found out I have very high blood pressure. Started on bp medicine and havent had a headache since.
The thing I found best to help on top of the headache medicine was for husband to give me a head/scalp massage. I give my daughter one every time she has a headache and she says it helps tremendously.

Go to your doctor and see if you may have migraines. Also, be ready to tell him things like what drugs you are taking (over the counter and prescription-and be sure to include vitamins and herbal supplements), what activities you are participating in when you experience the headaches, if they occur after a meal-what you were eating/drinking and when you ate/drank it, what allergies you have, if you have a history of a head injury (ie, I sustained a head injury in a motorcycle accident last year and since then I suffer more severe headaches than I did before the accident), et cetera.
Pay attention to what you eat & drink, this happened to me . I cut out most fast foods, especially Taco Bell & Chinese food, which I love dearly. Everyone is different, you have to try it to find out.
Believe me, you probably won't like what you discover, but the headaches will disappear.
I'm sorry that you're in such pain all the time (3-5 times a week is ridiculous). I can't even begin to imagine how this is affecting your life. There are a lot of good answers here, so I hope you look into them. If you've tried a change in diet and have seen a doctor to rule out a more serious threat to your health (without success), then I'd like to recommend chiropractic care.
Contrary to popular belief, chiropractic deals with more than just "neck and back pain." Chiropractic is founded in the belief that the Central Nervous System (brain, spinal cord, and nerves) controls EVERY bodily function. A misalignment of the vertebrae (what chiropractic calls a subluxation) can pinch the nerves running out between them, causing pain, numbness/tingling, or any type of general malfunction in that nerve's corresponding body part. The cells of our nervous system are constantly communicating with each other and with the body, so it's very important to make sure the spine is in its proper position so the nerve impulses aren't being interfered with.
I'm not saying that this will be a definite solution to your problem, but it might be something to consider. I used to work in a chiropractic office and saw how it helped many people with chronic migraine headaches and sinus headaches. Chiropractic is a safe, non-invasive healthcare option that doesn't rely on drugs or surgery that may have potentially unwanted side effects. And it won't just mask the pain symptoms, but can actually correct malpositions of the spine (and you'll see if your chiropractor takes pre and post x-rays)!
If you DO decide to see a chiropractor, just ask family and friends for recommendations, visit a few offices and pick the doctor that you are most comfortable with. No matter what you decide to do, I sincerely hope that you start to feel better soon! Good luck.
