my dad used to put raw garlic on my teeth.it works and its safer than painkillers from the counter.

Erm go gargle with some antiseptic mouthwash to kill any bacteria that might be causing discomfort within your tooth/gums.
Hmm.. maybe its also caused by your intense brushing off your teeth, mustve caused a slight unnoticed bruise XD If that's the case replace your toothbrush with a softer bristled tooth brush.
If your around the age 18-20? Your wisdom tooth might be starting to show O.o consult your dentist immeidately, cuz if you don't it might soon push your permanent teeth forward thus cramming or damaging them >.<
