After being attuned to Reiki 2, I used the Symbols at home, but everyone's moods went bad-tempered, why ?

be very careful with that one, not all people are ready to receive Reiki energy that the symbols may hold, that's why you had to do Reiki 1 & 2, cause it takes stages to do that. But i also know that in reception of it's energy, there are mood swings at the begining, people tend to feel depressed for a while.
My advice is that you should consult your Reiki threapist immedietly. Maybe it's not the effect of the symbols after all, maybe they are just having a bad day!

Reiki will help balance your energy, some times emotions come out and that is part of the process, you have to keep doing more healings until all thoes emotions get out, and the energy is balance.
