How do i get rid of the Flu or Mono?

I have a flu or maybe Mono my symtoms are runny nose fever always tired my snot i know this is gross but it is not clear its kinnda greenish!! And my throat hurts?! How do i get better?!

Sounds more like the common cold to me. At any rate all three are treated essentially the same way. Treat the symptoms and wait for the body to heal itself. Lots of fluid to maintain hydration and flush toxins. Tylenol for fever. Lots of rest. I personally use Zicam nasal swabs to fight viral infections, and it works pretty well, usually shortens duration of a cold from 14 days to 2 to 3 days.

Go see a doctor, moron!
