is it possible to be more tired in the morning when you get more sleep then normal?

Question:
going to bed earlier and getting more sleep makes you more tired in the moring?
6 is better than 9?
who knows what?

Answers:
Yes. The duration of sleep is adjustable according to age. The longer the age the shorter becomes the duration of sleep. When any one gets more sleep than required by his age, it results in negative effect ando one feels laziness and headach. The normal duration of sleep is from 9 to 4. I mean seven hours. If you keep on sleeping, after this time, you will become tired and will have no interest in your duties an normal life working.

Yep, I used to be more tired if I slept for a long time, although now I don't get the opportunity to sleep for more than 5 hours at a time since having a baby!
YES that used to happen to me all the time. I was a big insomniac and barely slept. Once I started sleeping, I would sleep for 10-11 hours at a time. But when I woke up, I would feel lethargic and exhausted. Now I've discovered that 8 and a half hours is my perfect sleep amount.
yes, 9 hours could be an amount of time that is not in sync with your rem sleep cycle. for me, my ideal amount of sleep is 7 hrs.
