It all depends on how bad you dislocated it, if you tore stuff at the same time, it's gonna take longer to feel "normal".

Never..... I dislocated my shoulder and even had surgery, because something went screwy.... It never has felt the same and I can't throw a ball like I use to. If someone does know a way, I would like to know too.
