Mine is smoking. I have had this habit for many years and have tried all of the ways to quit, patches gums being hypnotized etc... When I do it cold turkey then I eat and I don't want to have any more weight on me. I also have addictive compulsive behaviors. When I find something I like I keep doing it even though I know that is bad for me.
