The last four days I have had this eye twitch. Usually it comes and goes once in a while but never does it stay this long. How can I make it stop? What causes it. Please help!

Stress; Irritation of the Cornea or Conjunctiva; Fatigue; Lack of sleep; Prolonged staring at a computer screen or tv; Nervous system disorders.
