I have calluses on bottom of my foot and I've already had 3 surgreys to get rid of them but they keep coming back. I use a stone every time I take a bath

Do you always wear socks & shoes around the house? I found that mine went away when I started doing this.

Also, try rubbing vaseline on your feet & then put socks on over it while you sleep at night. This softened mine up too. (But wearing my socks & shoes made the biggest difference)

surgery to remove a callas?? thats a little extreme....just get a pedicure or something adn the ppl usually cleanse ur feet....or maybe wear shoes and socks more often

It could be the kind of shoes you are wearing or the socks that you wear. Perhaps you are just genetically inclined to callus.

Walking on your feet is what gives you callouses. Going barefoot makes it happen faster.

The best way t keep calleses off of your feet is to put baby powder in your shoes and that will cut down on sweat and sweat can cause blisters and blisters cause callases trust me i have had the same problem as you and baby powder is the number one fix

Try a product called Miralce Foot, it should help. It can be bought at walgreeens, walmart, target, etc.
