Are there late evening shifts for hospital workers, especially porters?

Question: I am planning to apply locally to a hospital in west London, either through the job centre or the nhs or in the particular hospital. I would be after a hospital porters' job and i would really like it for the evenings, from 6-late perhaps. Can anyone tell me if this is possible, as the NHS web site is too vague.
