Another washing question?

Question:
Ok, not too many of you liked my first "washing question" so here's a good one for you "clean freaks". Ok, you have all these germs and bacteria and dirt on your hands. You go to the sink and you turn on the water. You scrub your hands like a maniac, I mean really really scrub them clean. Now, you reach up with your sterilized fingers, and you turn off the water...wait a minute,
isn't that were all the bacteria and germs are that you transfered to the water handles "before" you washed them?

Answers:
If you are in a public place you turn off the faucets with the paper towel you use to dry your hands. If you are at home, you are O.K. because you know those faucets are clean. If you are at someone's home, use the towel you dried your hands on.

I think every bathroom in homes should have paper towels and not cloth towels.

Other Answers:
You are absolutely right, that's why most faucets in any medical setting are foot pedal-activated

I work in the medical field.and there are signs on the wall on how EVERYONE should wash hands.always use a paper towel to turn off the water
