How to remove dirt present in ears?

Do we have to go to ENT specialist for sure or can it be done at home.? if yes, how?

use cotton buds dipped in baby oil for the outer ear
if its really deep, like an ant dying in your ear canal drowning in a sea of earwax youll have to see a doc.

Try using a warm wash cloth. Works for me.

I use a Q-Tip to clean the outer and a little ways into the ear to clean them, especially after a shower.
