how do i minimise pain in legs due to fatigue caused by too much walking?
Question:
Answers:
Stretch out for 30 minutes before walking; work up to this, starting with about 10 minutes. Afterward, do a few cool-down stretches and, if time permits, soak in Epsom salts and warm water in a bath (it can even be bubbly).
Stop walking!
only kidding, long soak in a nice bath should soothe it nicely. OR a massage? have anyone lerking around that could make themselves usefull by rubbing them?
Well good luck... or asprin?
i agree...soak in a warm bath for at least 20 min and then stretch out...and take some ibuprofen until you get used to doing so much walking...
