none smokers who moan at smokers should not drive cars.if they do then they are hypocrites?

Question:

Answers:
I know exactly where you are coming from and i have the exact same thoughts, to all you thick and blind people out there who didn't understand the question then think about it like this...
I you were to lock yourself into an airtight room with 50 people smoking around you all night you would come out in the morning feeling a bit dizzy and maybe have a slight cough. Now lock yourself in an airtight room with 1 car exhaust pipe coming in and you'd be dead in less than 30 minutes.
Get it now or was that not clear enough for you?

Other Answers:
wtf are you on about
Were not hypocrites as we do not walk up to cars and start sucking on their exhaust pipes!
more information please, don't quite understand that one
What are you talking about? What does one have to do with the other?

And for your information some of us have asthma and are bothered by the cigarette smoke. I suppose that never occured to you did it.
Well put the answer not the question !

RB
Is it time for your medication?
How does that work then?
I really can't see where you are coming from, i think you need to re-phrase that!
why would you say that.

Weido
why is that may i ask im a smoker my self its a bit daft smoking whilst you are driving what if you flick the *** out the window and it comes back in on you you wont be able do anything about it
You sir, are an idiot.
You really believe there is a correlation between passive smoking and the exhaust fumes from a car into the OPEN air?
By that logic, it's my fault that certain people get asthma as I'm using electricity which has come from coal-burning power plants which pollute the atmosphere.
Well, they should shut up complaining now smoking is banned in public places. Its like red indians doing smoke signals half the time outside pubs now - I swear this guy the other day offered me a drink and a date, while he was smoking a malboro and blowing rings. ha
How can they be hypocrites as they are moaning about smoking, not driving. Maybe you would be happy with heroin users wandering around and dropping needles all over the place, if not then by your rules, that would make YOU a hypocrite!
?
I do NOT smoke - through choose, and the cost puts me off. I moan at/about people who DO smoke. I do NOT drive - because I can NOT afford to.. Does that make me a hypocrite?
I totally agree, all these idiots having a go at you need a slap.

The guy is making a valid point, people don't mind getting killed by smokers but when you add something they do into the equation they just humpfh it off and try and shift the blame.

This is very typical of the arrogant society we live in unfortunately.
Perhaps car driving will be their next target - they can only dictate one thing at a time. I think they'll start by trying to abolish recreational driving such as going on holiday or a day out then they'll move on to stopping you from going to the shops. Since most of them are middle income 4x4 owners, they'll continue to allow taking young Tarquin to school in the car.

Must say there's a lot of people answering this question without their brains switched on. Perhaps they've been inhaling too many exhaust fumes.
Qualify your question please - what are you talking about and where's your evidence??
You obviously are relating smoking, to exhaust fumes on a car.
If a non smoker drives a car then that person is causing pollution just like a smoker. To then moan about smokers causing pollution is hypocritical. I get your point but the real answer to pollution lies in the hands of all of us. We are all guilty of pollution.
Even some of our clothes cause pollution in their manufacture.
I should get the ten points for being the only person to really understand your point.
I fail to see any reasonable connection here. What is the justification for the point you tried and failed to make?

Chow!
i see your point, but its the government who are hypocrites happily taxing ciggarettes and banning the smoking of them in public places. the worst hypocrites though are reformed smokers, if you happen to know any you will know that is true.
I think maybe you have had a little too much hassle?

Thats like saying smokers shouldn't moan if they have cancer or other problems. We all have the right to an opinon/moan as long as it is just that.
what does driving cars have to do with smoking?
I don't think you really understand what you are talking about here. Car exhaust fumes in the air do not contain nicotine and tar and do not cause mass scale cancer as cigarettes do. Smoking cigarettes around a non-smoker can also give them lung disease and as a non-smoker who already suffers with bad lungs i find it a very selfish habit
This question makes no sence at all.
And I can moan at smokers all I want especially if they are smoking near my children.
Interesting point. All cars these days, pump out toxic carcinogenic fumes (such as cyclo-alkenes) that are polluting and damaging the entire planet and are inhaled by everyone whether at home, on the street or in the pub. And their effects are inescapable unlike smoking, when you can just leave the vicinity. And car fumes are far more damaging to human health AND the environment of the entire planet that supports us all.

So I agree, it is hypocritical for non smokers who are drivers to moan about it. But non-smokers who don't own cars are not hypocritical, and therefore entitled to complain about both.

Also on the other hand, that doesn't mean steps shouldn't be taken to combat both forms of pollution and risk to human health - smoking AND car pollution.
good question
and to a certain extent i agree
but the non smokers are moaning about us smokers blowing our smoke in there direction in an enclosed space
we all know their is carbon monoxide in car fumes which travals upwards above our heads as hot air does
