What happens at a social security disability hearing? serious replys only?
Question:
Answers:
You let your lawyer tell you what to do and say, that's what you do. Don't try to bullsh*t the judge, but don't be afraid, either. Actually, the prior paperwork, claims, and your lawyer's efforts will have much greater impact. The hearing's still important, but it's only one factor that'll be considered.
Don't get discouraged; it took me three years to start recieving social security disability payments. If you're genuinely disabled, you'll get a positive decision eventually.
