Female To Male Transexual?

Question:
My friend has just told me she is about go to through this operation, I was shocked and have so many questions but I can see shes scared so dont want to ask. But my main question is... can female to male transgender people ejaculate? I know they have no sperm and I'm quite clear on how phalloplasy works with the pumps etc. but what happens when they climax?

Answers:
Hi Lindz,

Some females when they take male hormones, have a greatly enlarged clitoris, sometimes as big as an adult thumb, in which they can use as a penis and have orgasms. If your friend has his clitoris "rebuilt" into a sort of penis , of course there will be no ejaculate fluids but he should/will be able to have a clitoral orgasm.

Other Answers:
nothing
No, nothing happens.
I know a cure for all of its problems, a bullet between the eyes. Johnno
no semen
Talk to your friend, she will probably be pleased that you are trying to understand what she is about to go through
are you actually interested in the male her?
'she' wont have any working testicles so no
They will still probably climax as they would have as a woman, although it may be more intense with the added testosterone. It is also a common result of the hormone therapy, that the clitoris can become somewhat enlarged to almost resemble a small penis.
er...this is sick, and u still wanna be her friend?
She/he will have penis, but can not ejaculate, because no testicles to produce sperm; the main climax will be on his behind that will be more sensitive to sex.
This operation is not rare, it is very common.
