Maybe if you change to a different morning drink. I drink Mountain Dew in the morning and love it! It has about half the caffeine as you normal cup of coffee.

Other Answers:
just get a little more sleep and you wont need caffeine

first tobacco, next caffeine users will be the next outcasts
It would appear that Mr Coffee is no longer your friend. Time to cut him out of your life and move on.
not sure about that .. i drink 4 mugs of coffee a day plus few cans of redbull soft drink .. nothing happens to me
Switch to half-caf - just dilute your coffee by half with milk, and drink lots of water during the day.
switch to decaf its all in ur mind
DRINK lots of water after drinking the coffee
try health food store coffee, it has no caffine. check your closest store
try it w/ flavored cream!!!!!
have some toast with your coffee or a bagel and a glass of orange juice or water that should help
I ran into the same problem a few years ago. I hate to tell you, but you're gonna have to give up the caffeine. It sucks, I know. But there's not much else you can do about it.
Switch to half-caff. It's not decaf, and will give you energy, but it only has half the caffeine of regular coffee.
Once the caffeine is in your system, there is nothing you can really do to take the effect away. You could get drunk, but that wouldn't work so well before work! You might try having a nice, relaxing cup of herbal tea.
caffeine makes anxiety worse. sounds like some days you are moe anxious than others. first try combining decaf and regular coffee to lower caffeine amount in your cup until you detox from the regular stuff. as for calming down, if lying down doesn't help, you might need a mild calmative...if not prescription maybe chamomile tea. it's tastes bad but helps calm nerves.
Do half regular coffee and half decaf (you won't notice the decaf cause you are mixing it with your regular coffee) and be sure to drink a lot of water during the day.
Make your coffee half as strong, Do you have sugar? it could be that causing you to become dizzy.
Valium is your friend.
use cocaine, it also helps with weight loss.
STOP drinking coffee!! i think you really do have an addiction and the reason why you are havig those effects might be because
1. you are not eating right (you are skipping meals)
2. you are substituing meals for coffee (your body has no real energy)
3. YOu have hypertension

remember that coffee is a "ebergy booster" that just makes your body work harder and faster but it is only effective for a small amount of time because your body gives it "all" that i has when you drink that cofee. That is why after it has given it "all" you might feel really weak and want to sleep it the way of your body saying "i cant no more". stop drinking too much cofee and eat healthy this is serious because if you are not aware that you might be hypertensive than you might have a stroke next time. fast pulse.. no good.. :( take kare of yourself
just put alot of creamer, sugar and milk in ur coffee and it'll cover up most of the caffine.
for some people caffeine is addictive; try to make the coffee with more water, until you eliminate it completely
Just say no while listening to "The Drugs Don't Work" by the Verve.
Try mixing half regular coffee and half decaf, or switch to tea.
Good news, one cup a coffee will not harm you. You can run , jump and do physical excercise, but in the end until the caffeine takes it's course your stuck with the alertness. Some kids are more sensitive than others to caffeine. I've been drinking coffee since I was six. Just be careful with how much you intake. Some students use it to be alert during test. Some over do it and then it's a problem. It's just like any mind enhancing substance. If you abuse it then it will work against you. Caffeine is a mood changing drug. It effects your central nervous system. Until it's out of your system just ride it out. Reduce the amount of sugar intake. Get a minimum of 7 hours sleep, Don't have any caffeine before you go to bed at night. For more information that might interest you go to: www.apa.org./monitor/jun01/dan...
