its a feeling in the heart which is expressed through the eyes. It should be matched with a corresponding acts of respects which originate from the heart. Its not what we generally do when we speak kind words and cinematic quotes.

Pretty much, treat me like you want to be treated. if you treat me like crap, I will treat you like crap. treating people the way you want to be treated, with dignity and control and compassion.
