at the end of the day an adult with learning disabilities has freedom of choice just like you or i, you can advise if you think somthing is dangerous or you can ensure for instance obsticles which may harm or cause accidents are removed, but an adult living on their own with limited care is responsible for themslves,
say in day care ther are rules and regs there are adults with severe disabilities that cant be left and those that are less severe that can and should be encouraged to look after themslves
