flying after deviated septum surgery?

Question:
Hi, I had deviated septum surgery on 7-31-06. I was wondering if it would be o.k. if I took an 2hour flight on 8-03-06.

Answers:
I assume you had a window put in your maxillary cavity? If so, there should not be a problem - the cabin pressure should be about 8 to 9,000 ft maximum - best to ask your specialist just to be sure.

Ask a doctor. I don't see it being a problem, but prepare for the worst...just in case.
