What does it mean if you take a 2hour walk and your hands get swollen?
Question:
Answers:
This is totally normal. As you walk and swing your arms, the blood pools in your fingers and makes your joints stiffen and fingers swell. Nothing to worry about, unless it doesn't go away after about an hour. I asked my doc about this too. One thing you can do is raise your hands above your head and wiggle your fingers. You'll look goofy but it may help a little to do that from time to time during your walk.

this happens to me all the time. The swelling is just water collecting. I find if I swing my arms or sometimes just alternate for a few minutes each time between letting them hang and holding them at waist level , it helps.
It means you are doing it all wrong!
I'm sorry, I just had to say it.
That happens to me as well when the humidity is high. Nothing to worry about.
