How much water do I need to drink?

Question:
Hi, I've been taking calcium since April upon doctor's instruction. I was told to drink plenty of water when I take calcium, but the thing is "how much is plenty". This is very vague to me, and I need to know exactly "how much", for example: 300 c.c. per take or how much. If anyone knows the answer, please help me. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

I am in the same boat (pun intended....)

This information may help you:

My docs advise...and I follow it.........I am drinking about 10 to 12 glasses a day - each 300 mL. That's about 3 to 4 litres a day.....! It has helped me tremendously.

I lose weight without trying (I am otherwise healthy), exercise regularly....I get proper motion everyday like clockwork and my digestion is absolutely perfect.

Drinking that much water everyday is a must. Nothing fancy.. just municipal water is fine.

You do not have to rush out to buy bottled water or a lot of coke, pepsi etc... actually, stay away from bottled water - the leaching of plastic into standing water is not good for you and the empty plastic bottle is adding to environment load. Soft drinks of any kind is loaded with sugar. So no. Each can has 8 teaspoons of sugar.
7 cups a day. srry dont know the exact measurements.
