uncomfortable without nicotine?

Question:
I quit smoking about a year ago and I must say that I feel somewhat calmer most of the time. However, I feel uncomfortable when it comes to going out, meeting people, or working. I have social anxiety and I don't know if quitting smoking has made things worse or not. I try to remember that I was unhappy as a smoker and thats why I quit..but everytime I do stop..I tell myself that I was happier when I was smoking..and I was comfortable. What can I do?

Answers:
nicotine is very addictive and it is trying to get its claws back in to you. dont give in, be strong. try hypnotism, its works well for some people.
