How to clear earwax for childred in a safe way?

Question:
My son ear wax is very thick and black in colour. Every time we try to dig his ear, he claims that is very paintful.

Answers:
I suggest this:
Get him to lay quietly on his side, and put some 3%-5% hydrogen peroxide in his ear.
Tell him to expect to hear it bubble and make noise it will tickle a bit.
let it work for 5 minutes. Do the other side.

This will remove much of the wax without digging in his ear..which is dangerous.
Repeat this again in next day or two. The ears will clean up after a few sessions.

You may want to warm the peroxide to body temp before putting it in his ear. I do this by using filling an eye dropper with peroxide and holding it in my hand until it does not feel cool.

Worked for my boys, they could make wax faster than bees.

There are earwax removal kits you can buy at most pharmacies. Try one of those. If it doesn't work, consult a doctor before trying anything else.
Well, I don't think ear wax is supposed to be black! He may have soomething actually lodged in his ear. Take him to a doctor, as soon as possible.
You should probably go see a ear specialist to help clear it out. If too much wax accumulates, he can lose his hearing. My brother had the same problem, the doctor cleaned it using an oil ear drop and suction.
A high pressure steam hose. haha. Just kidding. I don't know. I just wanted 2 points for answering. Thanks
You have to be veeeerrry careful! Don't stick anything into the ear, especially not Q-Tips, they just push the wax even father down. Just get some ear drops from the drugstore and put it into his ear. It will soften the wax. When he turns his head to let the drops out, the wax will come out with it. Not all of it will, but a little wax is healthy. Ear drops are the safest way to go, and plus they feel really nice! :)
It's best not to poke anything in the ear. They have kits for washing out wax but a simpler way is to have the person lay on their side and put some diluted hydrogen peroxide in the ear. It bubbles and it feels funny but the peroxide seems to very effectively dissolve the wax.

After they keep it in for a couple of min. Have them sit up and hold some cotton or a tissue on their ear to catch the drainage. The wax may or may not come out immediately, but it should work it's way out within an hour.

If this doesn't work, then you need to have a Dr. remove the wax.
