These are deer ticks and the most likely to carry Lyme Disease!
If you are near a pharmacy go buy a tick puller. It's a flat bar of metal with a special slit for pulling off ticks without leaving bits of them in your body.

You need to remove them immediately! Best to use tweezers, and make sure that you don't just pull off the body, you need to get the head out as well. The head will actually be below the skin. There is nothing that you can just pour on them to kill them. You definitely have to physically pull them out.
