What kind of coldsore is this and could it of been caused by stress?
Question:
Answers:
That sounds like badly chapped lips, not a cold sore. Cold sores are herpes. A herpes sore is a small cluster of painful blisters and once you have herpes, it never really goes away. Don't say "cold sore" unless you want people to automatically think "herpes."
If you suspect herpes, see your doctor. Otherwise, find a nice lip balm. The ones with a beeswax base work really well.
