How do you deal with vertigo?

Question:
Does anyone else have to deal with a sort of spinning around dizziness for weeks at a time? If so, how do you deal with it? Should I go see a specialist? What kind?

Answers:
See your GP - you could try something like betahistine or stemetil...if you want to see a specialist, go to an ENT surgeon.
go to the best ENT you can find

they can now fix this awful problem
The more I talk to people about it the more common I realize it is.
Four people that I know suffered from it.
Lay down on the floor because the bed is to high, for several days suffering.
I referred them to my chiropractor and believe it or not they are better.
One will still have the occasional bout, but not nearly as bad.
When she starts she gets to the chiropractor right away (her husband or a friend will drive her) and it is aborted.
Good luck - that can be very difficult.
vertigo is usually caused by prescription drugs(especially anti depps, ) or inner ear problems, infections, clean your ears out with a weak solution, hydrogen peroxide,
next take up cardio. very important for your body
stop drinking if you do, btw
make sure you stretch and execrsize EVERY DAY. NO EXCUSES
DRINK at least 8 glasses of water a day, NO EXCUSES you should urinate clear.
try xanax
