my daughter has a bite on her that has about a 4-5 inch diameter, it itches alot, it isn't really puffy help!

may be a heat rash, or insect bite, give an oatmeal bath, put on some calamine lotion, give her some benadryl, and monitor her temp, if she seems comfortable, relax and keep an eye on her, you'll know if you need to bring her to er.

It sounds like a spider bite. Try putting some soap on the bite, and let it dry. That can take away the itch, if it gets worse, see a doctor. Especially if she develops a fever.
