Shoulder neck and jaw?

Question: I have pain in my left shoulder that like pulses through my neck and jaw. It's really bad... I feel like i got the wind knocked out of me. I took some pain meds and alternated heat and ice but it won't go away. I didn't injure my shoulder or pull it as far as I remember. I have full range of motion. Could it just be stress? Should I wait to go to my doc on monday or should I try to go to a urgent care office tomorrow? It hasn't stopped for almost 4 1/2 hours and it's getting worse. Thanks in advance
