I recently received information on a friends cause of death. officially they said it was diphenhydramine(benadryl) poisoning. how much is considered an overdose?

Which for a 125 Pound girl would be somewhere between 5-10 25 mg pills.In medical terms an overdose is ingesting an amount above what is considered the prescribed dose which results in an adverse reaction.

Benedryl is a common drug for suicide as it is potentially lethal and easily obtainable. I am truly sorry you have to go through this.
