When at work, think of work. When at home do not think of work. You have to find something to take your mind off of work. Try golf or going to the gym. Sometimes a walk maybe all you need.
As for the boss part, if you can not leave and get a new job then you have to put what your boss is screaming about out of your mind and remember that you have done you job to best of your abilities. Clearly she is not happy with herself and is not confident in her own abilities that she must lash out on others. Hope this makes you day better.
Just do your job well don't mind her let her voice pass tru both of your ears. bear in mind the job on hand don't mind or pretend to mind but still do your job. and pace your self for the day. don't bring your work related concerns at home you'll go nutz man.
Quit your job! Then find one with a more supportive atmosphere
try taking a tai-chi class or learn some breathing technics or do 10-15 min on exercise bike before bed
